As the parent of a middle school or high school student, you are well aware of the social and emotional upheaval that often occurs during these years. Students are excited to gain new freedom and responsibility, yet are confused by issues they likely have not faced before. And with the voice of  the culture and media screaming so loud in their ears, sometimes it’s difficult for them to break through the noise and hear a voice of truth. Renov8 is a place where your student can go every week to be connected with other students who can relate and Small Group Leaders dedicated long term to guiding them through the confusion toward spiritual maturity.

Renov8 meets on Sundays at 9:30am in the Gathering Room and from 5:00-7:00pm in the main building.  We blend worship, relevant teaching and inspired leadership to create effective small group solutions to middle school and high school challenges.

While we feel that our roles as mentors and spiritual leaders are important in the life of your student, they are meant to be a supplement to the spiritual leadership of you, as a parent. You are plan A! To make it easier for you, below we have provided a blog called Parent Cue that lets you know what we are teaching your student, and  gives you a chance to connect with your student on a spiritual level. Each blog will contain three points: 1) We Are Teaching This, 2) Think About This, and 3) Try This.  Please be sure to follow through with the Try This point each month – this is your chance to connect with your student.

We look forward to partnering with you. We believe that when the church and the home work together, the results will be much more effective.
